Will I get a receipt?
Yes, we’ll send an email receipt (including transaction date and amount) to the email address you provide when donating. Within 10 business days, we'll also send a printed donation receipt with additional information, including tax deductibility info.
How long are employee-purchased memberships good for?
Memberships purchased with the Corporate Partner Membership Program discount are valid for one calendar year from the date of purchase.
How do we handle payment if we need to pay with a check?
Please address your check to "St. Louis Science Center Foundation" and mail to St. Louis Science Center Foundation, PO BOX 17448, St. Louis MO 63178-7448. Please note "Corporate Partners" in the memo field.
How will we receive our complimentary passes?
Passes will be delivered either in person or via mail to your organization’s Science Center Corporate Partners contact.
What Science Center experiences do the complimentary passes include?
Each pass is valid for one ticket and can be used for OMNIMAX® Theater documentary films, McDonnell Planetarium star shows, Discovery Room sessions, and special exhibitions. Tickets cannot be used for special paid ticketed events (i.e. Spooktacular, third-party events), full-length feature films, or laser shows. Tickets are subject to availability.
What are the terms and conditions on the complimentary passes?
Passes cannot be duplicated or redeemed for cash and are not valid for special paid ticketed events (i.e. Science Spooktacular, third-party events). Passes are valid for one ticket only and can be used for the following: documentary films in the OMNIMAX® Theater (not valid for full-length feature films), star shows in the McDonnell Planetarium (not valid for Laser Light Series shows), tickets to the Discovery Room, and tickets to special exhibitions. All tickets are subject to availability.
